TRCrms solution offered by TURCom Technology to its customers in order to provide these services is a monitoring and warning system which warns the relevant persons and systems when environmental data of the critical places are out of range especially climate and energy by measuring the same data. It includes various sensors and measurement circuits and establishes communication with local networks and extension modules.

One sensor is connected to the measurement unit placed in the system room or data center desired to be monitored for each environmental condition which will be measured and each measurement unit is connected to Telnet Telekom (Telnet Sistem) management center. When threshold values defined for each sensor in advance are exceeded, Telnet Telekom (Telnet Sistem) help desk is notified. The staff receiving this notification engages the warning mechanisms in accordance with the conditions agreed with the customer.
It can also ensure intervening the problem by communicating with the company which provides maintenance service related to the problematic system of that customer through the information bank as well calling or sending e-mail, SMS messages to the company officers. Relevant persons are also notified in the same manner after problem is solved. In addition, warnings might be formed through warning sirens and lights which can be connected to the module when threshold values are exceeded using the relays on the unit and certain systems might be turned on/off. (such as lightening, power, alarm systems, computers)

Data Storage
Measurement unit at each point conveys the data it perceives to Telnet Telekom (Telnet Sistem) management center through TCP/IP network, it can also save these data in a server to be defined or in its own storage. Thus, no information loss will occur even if there is a disconnection and warning system through e-mail or SMS will be usable.

Expandability Options
Each measurement unit might be expanded with additional sensors independently of the fixed sensors on it. Thus, different places at a certain distance might be controlled over the same unit apart from the place it is set-up. The location of the sensor connected to the same unit is known with addressing feature and it is ensured to get to the correct location for intervention.

Opportunity to merge all the control points on one screen
All the values belonging to all remote units accessed over internet or local network might be merged on one screen and monitored in the center regardless of the location. Thus, when threshold values are exceeded or an alarm status occurs, this can be displayed on the central information screen and the officers in that specific region can be accessed through SMS or e-mail. Each unit can be managed from a remote point over the web server which is built-in on it and this process can be performed using screen and keyboard in the models with an LCD screen.
